Profile In order to improve productivity without lowering the level of service to customers, it is necessary to properly analyze the business content and accurately grasp the productivity in business execution.
For that purpose, it is necessary to have an index that can standardize the work analysis of service operations, which tends to depend on the subjectivity of the analyst, and evaluate the service operations themselves.
Furthermore, in order to reduce variations in work implementation, we aim to properly standardize service operations. For that purpose, it is necessary to set the standard work procedure and the standard time as a guide based on the field analysis data.
In order to improve the productivity of service operations, we aim to obtain the Kaizen effect by working as simply as possible while using the concept of business organization.
Research Field(Keyword & Summary)
  1. (1) Support for improving the productivity of service operations based on business structure

In order to improve the productivity of operations in the service industry, it is necessary to improve and standardize the work in the field of the service industry. By applying the on-site analysis method and on-site improvement know-how in factories, which we have been good at in management engineering, to the service industry, we are aiming to develop a mechanism that makes KAIZEN activities easier and simpler as "business structure".

  2. (2)Development of production-sales cooperation system using production simulator

Digitization of production technology and management technology in factories has made great progress. However, the digitization of connections with sales and logistics departments, which must work closely with factories, is not progressing. Therefore, we are aiming to develop a technical sales support system with the aim of promoting cooperation in sales activities with the factory management system. In particular, we are aiming for real-time delivery date response and manufacturing cost calculation using the experience and know-how of sales staff and factory production simulation technology.
