Profile Biography: Graduated from Keio University Faculty of Business and Commerce, and completed the master's program and the doctoral program at the same graduate school of business and commerce. Ph.D. (Business and Commerce). I worked for KPMG AZSA LLC and am in charge of accounting audits. And, after working as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Businee and Commerce, Keio University, I have been in my current position since 2017 (associate professor since 2022). Director of the Academy of Management Philosophy.

    Try to solve a wide range of problems related to business management such as firm's boundaries, corporate governance and building sustainable competitive advantage based on organizational ecnomics and dynamic capabilities framework(DCF). Especially, focuses on how firms change and adapt in a rapid changing business environment like modern economy: redefining firm's boundaries, corporate governance system that encourages the firm to change, and renewal and retention of competitive advantage. The types of research include not only empirical research related to these theme, but also theoretical research on organizational economics and DCF.
