Profile Since Toshiki Nishiyama started his undergraduate study in the Faculty of Policy Management in Shonan Fujisawa Campus (SFC), Keio University, he stayed in SFC for nine years. He obtained a Ph.D. degree in Media and Governance, Keio University, in 2003. He served as an Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of Media and Governance since 2005. He was also a Project Associate Professor at the Research Center for the Liberal Arts and the Graduate School of System Design and Management since 2012. Now, He is an Associate Professor of Faculty of Urban Life Studies, Tokyo City University since 2015. He has especially deep international research experience in bus transportation.
