Profile | Hiroyuki Fujita is Honorary Director of Advanced Research Laboratory of Canon Medical Systems Corporation. He is also a Professor of Tokyo City University and Professor Emeritus of The University of Tokyo, where he served as a Professor in the Institute of Industrial Science of the University over 38 years. He was a visiting professor in MIT and UC Berkeley. He received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from The University of Tokyo in 1975, 1977 and 1980, respectively. He is currently engaged in the investigation of MEMS/NEMS for bio/nano technology and IoT. |
