Profile Due to the global shortage of construction workers, there is a need to solve the old and new problem of rationalizing building production. Through research on industrialization since the modern era, I am conducting research on the development of new technologies using IT as well as understanding its history.
On the other hand, it is important to keep using old buildings for as long as possible from the viewpoint of limited resources and energy, as well as from the viewpoint of cultural and regional identities. To do so, we have to solve various problems. I am trying to study them mainly from the viewpoint of building construction method and building productivity.

  1. History of prefablication In modern architecture

    I am researching the work of Kenji Hirose on prefabricated various houses developed during the high growth period.

  2. Rationalization of wooden house production

    I am researching design/manufacturing /construction systems for improving the productivity of wooden house construction methods.
