Profile | My specialty is customer attraction science and customer attraction space theory. We will study the relationship between people's spaces and cities. In addition, urban development, regional planning, architectural planning, housing studies, facilities for attracting customers, global environmental issues, social capital theory, etc. I have been involved in regional development and city planning consulting at a private think tank, and have carried out many projects, surveys and research. Why people are attracted to the space, how to create such an urban space, the attractiveness of the space for attracting customers, the design of the urban landscape, the way of the playground space, the social capital I am studying how to attract customers in urban spaces in a broad sense. In particular, the theme of his dissertation, ""Basic research on forecasting the number of visitors to large-scale customer facilities and wide-area ripple effects,"" thoroughly examines other domes, and then places, balances, economic effects, attracting customers, etc. We used our experience and knowledge to plan every aspect in detail. In addition, as an actual design, we implemented the ""Fairy Square"" project to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the opening of Kodomo no Kuni (Aoba-ward, Yokohama city). This is a fairy tale plan with original play equipment such as tree-climbing play equipment and slides that go around between trees on a site of 3000 m2 adjacent to Swan Pond in the center of the park. As it says, ""We aimed to create a playground where people can line up,"" it has been crowded with many families since it opened in March 2006. These research results have been clarified through presentations at academic conferences, publication in academic journals, and single-authored writings. My books include ""Aiming to be an Environmental Specialist"" (Tokyo Education Information Center), ""Let's Think from Garbage Urban Environment"" (Gihodo Publishing), ""Social Capital Development and Policy Evaluation"" (Sankaido), ""Public Investment in a New Era"" ""Shift to"" (Gihodo Publishing), ""Public Works"" (Gyosei), ""Science of attracting customers"" (Gihodo Publishing), etc. In the future, the scientific research fund """" Study on the construction of planning theory and application of tourism in urban space ""Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research, Basic Research C, 2018-2022 By applying big data and AI technology, which has been attracting attention in recent years, we will discuss the relationship between multiple specific facilities for attracting customers, actual movements and behaviors of people in urban spaces, and regional design required in the era of regional revitalization. Also conducts research from an interdisciplinary standpoint. Along with setting clear numerical targets for 2030 in the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) as important elements that lead to regional revitalization, the goals of the SDGs when considering future cities And will lead to research on sustainable customer attraction that matches the target. |
