Profile |
My specialty is child welfare and a lifestyle of the child. Infant children living in Japan in recent years are living a night-time lifestyle. Late bedtime after 9 pm, short sleep times at night, and lack of breakfast have had a negative impact on children's minds and bodies. Therefore, I am considering support measures and improvement measures so that children can go to bed early, get up early, eat three meals well, and lead a healthy life. |
Research Field(Keyword & Summary) |
- (1)Research of kindergarten/nursery school children's lifestyle
I'm trying to understand the current situation by investigating the bedtime, wake-up time, breakfast intake status, etc. of children attending kindergartens and nursery schools. At the same time, we are considering issues in daily life and improvement measures.
- (2)Providing ingenuity to accelerate bedtime
I'm conducting intervention research for families raising young children. By providing a way to encourage early sleep, investigating changes in children's life time and their appearance.
