Profile My specialty is child welfare and a lifestyle of the child. Infant children living in Japan in recent years are living a night-time lifestyle. Late bedtime after 9 pm, short sleep times at night, and lack of breakfast have had a negative impact on children's minds and bodies. Therefore, I am considering support measures and improvement measures so that children can go to bed early, get up early, eat three meals well, and lead a healthy life.
