I have worked at the design department in a corporation, and practicing and managing interface design, interaction design, and service design.
I have been bringing a Human-Centered Design perspective to planning and development, future proposals, and research activities, as well as practicing future visioning and workplace transformation consulting in a variety of settings.
A person's experiences are shaped through interactions among actors, artifacts, information, and environment, along the story of the actor's activities. To make the actor's activities and experiences better, designers have to capture the real activities and feelings of the actors, in actual contexts. Based on the ethnographic research aproach, We conduct research to discover meaning, knowledge, and signs hidden in people's daily practices and utilize them to create future designs. |
