Profile After receiving Ph.D. from University of the Ryukyus in 2011, I worked as post-doctoral researcher at University of Western Australia, and University of Tokyo. I entered my current position in 2022.
Research Field(Keyword & Summary)
  1. Geochamistry

Biogenic hard tissues are one of the best geochemical archives recording the past
environment in the hydrosphere, given the distinct growth patterns of shells related to
their growth history, and the relationship between environments and variation in trace
and minor element composition in the tissue. To understand the past environment, biogenic hard tissues, such as bivalve shells and coral skeletons, were collected and analyzed for isotope ratios, and trace & minor element concentration.
