新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を防止するため、1月12日～30日（第4Q末）における キャンパスへの入構 及び 事務取扱 は以下のとおりといたします。

●入構について
入構時は必ずマスクを着用し、手洗いや消毒、身体的距離の確保に努めてください。
また、発熱等の症状があれば、必ず外出を控えて自宅で療養してください。

・在学生： 構内での研究活動が必要な場合にのみ、卒業研究を目的とする学部4年生以上 に限り「可」とします（要申請）。なお、証明書発行などやむを得ぬ事由により事務局を訪問する場合も「可」としますが、用件を終え次第すみやかに退構してください。

・学外の方： 入構の際は、守衛所（受付）にお立ち寄りください。

・入構口：
世田谷キャンパス　A地区（正門）・B地区（図書館側）・C地区（入口側）
※ 授業時間帯はA･C地区間の通路を開放
横　浜キャンパス　正門脇入構口（スロープ部分）・車両通用口
等々力キャンパス　1,2号館北門・3号館地下駐車場入口

●事務取扱について
平日（月～金）： 09：30 ～ 17：30
※土曜日の事務取扱は行いません。

Campus Access and Administration Hours

In order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, access to the university campus and administration hours will be restricted from January 12th to 30th (the end of the 4th quarter).

（Campus Access）
When visiting the campus, please wear a mask, wash your hands and use hand sanitizer and keep a safe distance from others.
If you have any symptoms such as fever, please refrain from going out and stay home to recuperate.

・Students: Access to campus is permitted only when research activities on campus are necessary. Only 4th year and above undergraduates working on their thesis will be permitted and an application is required. If you need to visit administration for unavoidable reasons such as issuing a certificate, you may do so, but please leave the building as soon as you have completed your task.

・Visitors: please stop by the  guard station when you arrive on campus.

・Access
Setagaya Campus: Area A (main gate), Area B (library side), Area C (entrance side)
Yokohama Campus: Entrance by the main gate (slope), car service entrance
Todoroki Campus: North gate of Building 1 and 2, entrance to the underground parking lot of Building 3

(Administration Hours）
Weekdays (Monday through Friday): 09:30 - 17:30
Closed on Saturdays.
